1. Food and Grocery Products
1.1. Product Listing and Supply
The Platform allows users to order food and grocery products including vegetables, banana leaf, groceries(oil, honey, pickles, etc.,) based on availability as listed on the Platform. All products are supplied directly by Sandra’s Farm or its authorized sourcing partners. Products are delivered on an as is basis in the same form and packaging as prepared or supplied at dispatch. Sandra’s Farm does not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the products.

3. Invoice for Products
3.1. For orders placed on the Platform, Sandra’s Farm shall issue relevant documents such as order summaries and tax invoices, as required under applicable laws. Invoices shall be generated based on the nature of the products ordered.
(a) For packaged products such as oils, pickles, honey, etc., a tax invoice shall be issued by Sandra’s Farm and may include delivery charges or other applicable fees.
(b) For fresh or perishable items such as vegetables and banana leaf, invoices shall be issued upon delivery and may reflect weight based variations or handling charges, if applicable.
(c) Any delivery charges, platform fees or other applicable charges shall be invoiced separately or included as specified in the order summary.
3.2. All invoices related to an order will be available on the order summary page after delivery. Sandra’s Farm shall not be responsible for invoices issued by third party partners, if any and you may contact such partners directly for clarification. You acknowledge that products purchased through the Platform are for personal consumption only and not for resale.
4. Cancellation Return and Refund of Products
4.1. The cancellation return and refund policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. All food and grocery products, including vegetables, are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. In case of any issue or complaint, customers must contact Sandra’s Farm Customer Support directly for assistance.
4.2. Refunds for eligible cancellations, if approved, will be credited only to the original mode of payment and not to any wallet or stored balance. The above policies may vary based on the product category or sourcing partner, subject to applicable laws and Platform guidelines.
