1. General Terms and Conditions
Sandra’s Farm manages and operates its official website, which provides all products and services offered to customers. These General Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the website, so please review them carefully. By continuing to browse or use the site, you agree to these terms, which may be updated at any time.1. Personal Information

2. Eligibility
If you are a minor aged 13 to 18, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these General T&Cs. Users below 18 are strictly prohibited from purchasing any products meant for adult consumption or restricted for sale to minors..
3. Account & Registration Obligations
To place orders on the Platform, you must register and log in with accurate, up-to-date details so we can communicate with you regarding your purchases. Each user is allowed only one Sandra’s Farm account and any duplicate accounts may be suspended.
By registering, you agree to receive promotional updates and newsletters and you may opt out anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
4. Pricing
All products listed on the Platform are sold at their applicable prices at the time of ordering. The price charged will be the price shown on the Platform at the date and time of delivery. While most product prices remain stable, certain fresh items may vary due to daily market fluctuations.Sandra’s Farm ensures transparent pricing for all products and reflects any changes clearly on the Platform.
5. Cancellation by Platform/Customer
You may cancel your order as long as the cancellation option is available on the order details page. In such cases, Sandra's Farm will refund any payment already made for that order.If Sandra's Farm suspects any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform, it may cancel such orders at its discretion and may restrict future access for those customers.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
6.1. The Return & Exchange Policy applies to products purchased from and delivered by Sandra’s Farm. Customers may return products for a refund or exchange them for a replacement within the eligible return/exchange window, unless the product is marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the Product Description Page. Except for fresh vegetables and produce, which cannot be returned or exchanged.6.2. The return/exchange window for each product (if applicable) is shown on its Product Description Page. Please review this before placing an order.6.3. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if: • Products are not damaged while in your possession
• Products match what was delivered to you
• Products are kept with original tags, packaging
• Sandra’s Farm has inspected the product and confirmed it meets these conditions
• Products marked non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the Product Description Page
• Products beyond the specified return/exchange period
• Products sold by third-party sellers or service providers
6.5. In the rare event of damaged, defective, near-expiry or incorrect products being delivered, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.6.6. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless requested otherwise. Refunds for third-party seller products will follow the seller’s policy.6.7. Sandra’s Farm may warn, suspend, block or terminate accounts for customers misusing this policy, including: • Excessive returns or exchanges

• Repeatedly rejecting confirmed deliveries

7.1. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by you, any extra redelivery cost will be charged to you. Sandra’s Farm is not responsible for delays caused by wrong information.7.2. You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and follow all applicable rules. Unlawful activity or misuse may lead to restricted access.7.3. You must provide accurate and genuine information at all times. Sandra’s Farm may verify details and deny access if false information is found.7.4. You use the Platform at your own risk and must make careful decisions before any purchase. Sandra’s Farm is not liable for decisions made without due judgment.7.5. Review all product details before placing an order. By ordering, you accept the product’s listed conditions.7.6. Orders may include extra charges like delivery, handling, convenience or surge fees. These will be shown at checkout and by ordering, you agree to pay them.
8. Prohibited Use of the Platform
You may not use the Platform to post unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate content or transmit material that promotes criminal activity or violates any law.Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, disrupt other users, interfere with networks or engage in any illegal or harmful behaviour is strictly prohibited. You are also forbidden from making, transmitting or storing copyrighted material without proper permission from the owner.
9. Your Obligations
9.1. Account Use & Authenticity Use only your own account with accurate, verifiable details; impersonation or false information may lead to suspension.9.2. Responsible Behaviour on the Platform Spamming, trolling or abusive conduct is prohibited and all users must treat staff and delivery partners respectfully.9.3. Personal Use Only purchases from Sandra’s Farm are strictly for personal or household consumption, not for resale or business use.9.4. Access & Security You must maintain valid contact access, keep your password secure and promptly report any account misuse or loss.9.5. Safe and Legal Usage Unauthorized access, bots, scraping, hacking or any unlawful activity on the Platform is strictly forbidden.9.6. Delivery Address & Order Responsibility Ensure accurate delivery details, as errors causing failed delivery may incur extra charges and delays.9.7. Sandra’s Farm uses AI-generated product images to visually represent our vegetables and groceries. While we strive for high accuracy, the actual colours and appearance of fresh produce may vary in real life due to natural differences. Your screen settings may also affect how the colours appear.11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Tiruppur under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), in accordance with all applicable laws.12. Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All reviews, feedback and submissions you provide on the Platform become the property of Sandra’s Farm and may be used, published or moderated without obligation to keep them confidential, compensate you or respond. You must ensure your comments do not violate any laws or third party rights and do not contain harmful, abusive or misleading content.By submitting comments, you take full responsibility for them, agree not to impersonate others and allow Sandra’s Farm to use your name with your submissions, while Sandra’s Farm assumes no liability for any user generated content.
13. Intellectual Property & Platform Usage Rights
All content, software and materials on the Platform are protected intellectual property owned by Sandra’s Farm and its licensors and may only be used for personal browsing and shopping. You receive a limited license to access the Platform but cannot copy, modify, resell, mine data or use hidden tags, trademarks or framing without written permission.Third-party names and links are provided only for convenience and Sandra’s Farm is not responsible for external content. Any unauthorised use of the Platform or its materials will immediately end your access and license.
14. Disclaimer: No Warranties
14.1. The Platform and Services of Sandra’s Farm are provided on an “as is” and “where is” basis without any express implied or statutory warranties including merchantability fitness or non-infringement.14.2. Any advice information or content accessed through the Platform is used entirely at your own risk and Sandra’s Farm is not responsible for accuracy data loss system damage or reliance on such information.14.3. Sandra’s Farm makes no representations regarding third party seller’s services product availability item specifics or delivery timelines which are only estimates and may change due to operational conditions.14.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law Sandra’s Farm shall not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages and this disclaimer shall survive termination of the Terms.15. Indemnity
You agree to defend indemnify and hold harmless Sandra’s Farm its directors officers employees agents successors and assigns from any claims losses damages liabilities costs or expenses including legal fees arising from your actions or omissions. This includes breach of these Terms warranties or obligations violation of applicable laws intellectual property rights statutory payments taxes defamation privacy rights or infringement of any third party rights. Sandra’s Farm shall not be responsible for any loss caused due to such actions or non-fulfilment of obligations by you. This indemnity clause shall survive the expiry or termination of these Terms.16. Confidentiality
You agree that to enable access and operation of the Platform Sandra’s Farm may disclose your information or details to statutory authorities or trusted third parties whenever required by law or for Platform related purposes.17. Assignment Restrictions and Privacy

You confirm that you have read and agreed to Sandra’s Farm Privacy Policy and understand that information may be disclosed when required by law legal process public interest enforcement of Terms or business restructuring including mergers or transfers.
By using the Platform you acknowledge that internet communications are not fully secure and any information transmitted may be accessed or intercepted despite security measures.
18. Severability

Upon termination you must destroy all materials obtained from the Platform and any copies of such materials.
