All products listed on the Platform are sold at their applicable prices at the time of ordering. The price charged will be the price shown on the Platform at the date and time of delivery. 5. Cancellation by Platform/Customer
You may cancel your order as long as the cancellation option is available on the order details page. In such cases, Sandra's Farm will refund any payment already made for that order.If Sandra's Farm suspects any fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform, it may cancel such orders at its discretion and may restrict future access for those customers.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
6.1. The Return & Exchange Policy applies to products purchased from and delivered by Sandra’s Farm. Customers may return products for a refund or exchange them for a replacement within the eligible return/exchange window, unless the product is marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the Product Description Page. Except for fresh vegetables and produce, which cannot be returned or exchanged.6.2. The return/exchange window for each product (if applicable) is shown on its Product Description Page. Please review this before placing an order.6.3. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if: • Products are not damaged while in your possession
• Products match what was delivered to you
• Products are kept with original tags, packaging
• Sandra’s Farm has inspected the product and confirmed it meets these conditions

• Products beyond the specified return/exchange period
