Return & Exchange Policy

1. The Return & Exchange Policy applies to products purchased from and delivered by Sandra’s Farm. Customers may return products for a refund or exchange them for a replacement within the eligible return/exchange window, unless the product is marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the Product Description Page. Except for fresh vegetables and produce, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. The return/exchange window for each product (if applicable) is shown on its Product Description Page. Please review this before placing an order.

3. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if:
    • Products are not damaged while in your possession
    • Products match what was delivered to you
    • Products are kept with original tags, packaging
    • Sandra’s Farm has inspected the product and confirmed it meets these conditions

4. Exclusions:
    • Products marked non-returnable or non-exchangeable on the Product Description Page
    • Products beyond the specified return/exchange period
    • Products sold by third-party sellers or service providers

5. In the rare event of damaged, defective, near-expiry or incorrect products being delivered, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

6. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless requested otherwise. Refunds for third-party seller products will follow the seller’s policy.

7. Sandra’s Farm may warn, suspend, block or terminate accounts for customers misusing this policy, including:
    • Excessive returns or exchanges
    • Frequent order cancellations
    • Repeatedly rejecting confirmed deliveries
    • Behaviour that violates the Terms & Conditions
